We are ideally located, just MINUTES from Vancouver International Airport, is among the nearest Bed & Breakfast in the airport area, surrounded by many hotels.

Our competitive rates are matching all those hotels and more over we don't charge tax (17%). 

We have almost a 100% of satisfied customer and many repeats and recommendations, nothing to say about our professional travel consulting services.

In addition, we offer off street parking at no charge, free travel maps and brochure, free local telephone calls, free Internet access, fax and e-mail service, mobile phone rental and fitness facilities.

Long distance calls must be made with your calling card using a toll free number, if you do not have a calling card, we can supply them.

For oversee traveler we encourage people to stay at least 2 nights to allow oneself the opportunity to relax, jet lack change and complete with travel information you need in your trip.

All accommodations include a full breakfast and much more, like a variety of fruit, cheese, fresh bread, cereal, juices, freshly ground coffee and an assortment of teas.

Rooms are Smoke-free. You can smoke in our beautiful garden.

One room with private bath and two rooms with shared bath; all rooms are very clean with comfortable new queen-size beds. Honeymoon and Minoru Chapel Wedding Ceremony Packages are available (see a 360 degree image of the chapel). Request can be made to have champagne, fresh fruit, or your choice of a bouquet waiting for you in chamber upon arrival. Speak to Ms. Julie about these special treats when you make your reservations.

If we are sold out, no problem we can find another place for you, don’t forget we are expert in this field.

Amenities: TV and fresh flowers in some rooms, lovely garden with lots of colorful flowers, sitting room with tourism brochures, fireplaces. For your safety we installed PIN lock codes.

Buses directly to and from the Victoria ferry, Vancouver Airport, downtown Vancouver, are all just 15 minutes walking distance, Also 10 minutes walking to the restaurants and Richmond City Center.

For our guests, we can arrange free of charge: pick-up and drop-off for sightseeing to Victoria, Whistler, accommodation, transportation, car or motorhome rental, flight tickets, cruises to Alaska or a trip to Rockies, river rafting trips, fly-in fishing trips, wilderness hiking, horseback riding and bicycles rentals, just to name a few. This may require advance notice, so please let us know if you would like our help in arranging one of these unforgettable trips for you.
